Boot Camp: Lose Weight, Gain Strength
The Gym's Boot Camp builds strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals. This high intensity workout commences with dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pushups/sit-ups, plyometrics, various types of intense explosive routines, team competitions, partner exercises, and obstacle courses and then finishes with stretching and core work. The boot camp will be designed to help you lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and get you into the best shape of your life. We expect participants that do this class regularly to lose inches, not just pounds. Come join us... if you dare.
Boot Camp Rage is offered Monday and Thursday Nights at 5:00 PM as well as Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 6:00 PM

Get Fit with Cardio Fit & Toning!
Cardio Fit & Toning is an exciting group fitness activity that works all the muscles in your body. This awesome workout combines using hand weights/bands followed by core toning of abs, legs and arms to improve your cardiovascular health, physical strength and flexibility. It offers a variety that keeps you coming back for more!
This class is offered at 6:30 PM Mondays and Thursdays
This class is free to all gym members.
Mat Pilates Classes
We are pleased to announce Mat Pilates classes have been added to the group fitness class schedule every Wednesdays at 10 AM. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It helps you develop a strong core with your abdominals and stregthens your back, while improving your overall coordination and balance. Pilates classes are free with your gym membership.
